"International Synergy Holding Company, LTD has stopped transaction between Allied Artists Pictures Corporation until lawsuit comes to an end. August 8, 2008 International Synergy Holding Company released a press release stating the they had acquired Allied Artists Pictures Corp from affiliate Apple Juice Productions, shortly after and before closing the acquisition, in December of 2008 while completing proper due diligence ISHC became aware that Allied Artists Pictures Corp. went into a lawsuit with Allied Artists International. ISHC never completed the transaction and has put it on hold until AAPC can resolve its current issues. "
