Company Overview: International Synergy Holding Co., Ltd (the “Company”) was incorporated in Nevis West Indies 1993 under the Companies Act, Chapter 508 of the Laws of Nevis.

The Company was formed with the idea of fully controlling assets belonging to others and to provide unlimited reinsurance with as little risk as possible and high returns.

To further the future longevity of the company and to mitigate the risks inherent in such ventures ISHC has also arranged to provide both insurance and re-insurance products to its own endeavors and further mitigate exposure by offering such products to those endeavors of other companies that served to spread investment and boost the overall profitability of the company.

Treaty Products/Capacity, International Synergy Reinsurance Company domestic Casualty Treaty operations are directed toward the underwriting of reinsurance opportunities deriving from Mutual, Regional and National Insurance carriers, as well as Program business.

Clients include both admitted and non-admitted carriers including Specialty writers. Business is written on both an Excess of Loss and Proportional basis. International Synergy Reinsurance Company underwriters write most lines of facultative property and inland marine business primarily on an excess of loss basis. Our experienced underwriting team is committed to providing innovative solutions to facilitate our clients' facultative needs.

At this time ISHC has the capacity and resources to be a lead reinsurer on the programs we want to reinsure providing maximum limits up to $2 million with the approval of a single underwriter and no limited with executive board approval.
