Management, Hiroko Sagawa Managing Director Born and educated in Japan, Hiroko has a background of insurance company management, public relations and international business consulting and has written books on world fashion. Hiroko has serves on the Board of Directors of several international, public and private, companies, and has the ability to inspire others to competence, and through the years has developed excellent worldwide contacts.

Karen Regis Director, educated in Grenada, West Indies, graduated with major in business and minor management economics. She has been a paralegal and legal secretary for over 20 years and has had experience in successful business operations and management.

Management's disciplined underwriting practices and appropriate risk pricing have enabled the company to achieve consistently positive operating results. Given the catastrophe-exposed region in which ISCH operates, a conservative underwriting approach is imperative in minimizing risk exposure. This is achieved through management's strategy of providing appropriately priced products and territorial diversification.
